SMMKicks Admin

This panel is admin-only. If you see this page after signing in, your account is not an admin yet. There is exactly one setup step — pick either path:

1. SQL grant (recommended): in the Neon SQL editor, after running admin-foundation-sql.md, run UPDATE "User" SET "isAdmin" = true WHERE "email" = '<owner-email>'; with your own sign-in email. Sign in once first if your account has no User row yet.
2. Or env var: in Vercel, set ADMIN_EMAILS to a comma-separated list of admin sign-in emails. Either path alone is enough.

No account is ever made admin automatically, and no email is hardcoded in the app. After the grant, sign in and come back here — the dashboard loads for admins only.
